These terms govern the web design, web development and local SEO services provided by Miami Made Sites to clients. By booking a service or making a payment, you agree to them. We keep things in plain English.
We build mobile-first, bilingual (English/Spanish) websites and provide local SEO. Current one-time plans: Launch $899 (1-page), Pro Business $1,899 (up to 8 pages), Catalog $3,499 (product/catalog site), eCommerce $4,499+. Local SEO plans run monthly ($249 / $499 / $899). Ongoing care plans run $49–99/mo. Prices are in US dollars unless stated.
Launch ~7 days, Pro ~14 days, Catalog ~21–30 days, eCommerce ~4–6 weeks, from the date we have what we need from you and your order is confirmed. Timelines assume content and feedback arrive as scheduled.
You pay online by card through our checkout (processed securely by our payment provider). One-time plans are paid on booking; monthly SEO and care plans are charged on a recurring basis and can be cancelled anytime.
Once your project is paid in full, you own the delivered site — the website files and code — 100%. Hosting and domain name are separate, or we can run them for you under a Care Plan. Third-party services you connect to (payments, bookings) remain their own platforms.
Revisions and small edits included per your plan's terms (e.g. Launch and Pro include edits during build; a WordPress/CMS upgrade lets you edit content yourself). Ongoing Care Plans cover small edits, updates, security and hosting maintenance.
No agency — including us — can guarantee #1 rankings; anyone who does is misleading you. We do the work: proper on-page SEO, local citations, content, technical fixes, and clear monthly reporting of positions, impressions clicks and leads. Results depend on your market and how consistently you maintain your business profile and reviews.
One-time build payments are non-refundable once design and build work has begun. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop billing at the end of the paid period. If a delivered project is materially not what was agreed, tell us and we'll make it right.
We deliver professional work and stand behind it, but we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party platform failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
